All of life is spiritual. Every moment is spiritual, just as it is.
In fact, you are Spirit having an experience here on Earth, in a physical form, in a physical body, with physical perceptions.
Oftentimes we take this experience completely for granted. And yet it is very special.
There is a flow of energy, connecting everything and everyone. Usually we do not perceive the world as such, because we perceive ourselves as an individual entity that is separate
from the world around us. In part, this is the result of the existence of our ego influencing our perception.
This perception is not fully accurate. You are an individual being with an individual experience in consciousness, however, you are not separate from the world around you.
On the contrary, you are a microcosmos of the macrocosmos. What this means, is that everything that exists outside of you, is connected to representations of the same thing,
inside you. (We could say that everything that exists outside of you, also exists “inside” of you).
Everything and everyone is connected through energy. You are never alone.
